We were at Charlotte international for a layover on the evening of November 5, 2022 and we had the best customer service from... our server. They were short staffed but she made the experience awesome. Her patience and drive was great. Unfortunately weforgot her name. Vegan here ???? My meal was good. I had the impossible whopper of course and I?m appreciative of any place that offers an... alternative. I was first informed that they were out. This happened twice already at this restaurant, so I was prepared toleave. But before doing so, I was informed they indeed were stocked. The burger itself was average. Tots could have beenfresher. But good meal for traveling sake! My server was sweet and did a good job with service! In an airport, we tend to lowerour expectations due to the hustle and bustle, but I was treated fairly and quickly. Read more

Ordered the magic mushroom burger - on the menu it said it would have sautéed morel, chanterelle, shiitake, oyster mushrooms... and kale. It had none of that. Not even kale. There was a different vegetable, the basic mushrooms (only 1 variety) and a patty.I let the waitress know that this was not the right burger but she assured me that it was. She mentioned she did not realize the mushrooms on the menu were not what was on the burger and that she?d let the owner know. Asked around when we arrived in CLT for a good in airport restaurant. Heard Big Daddy?s Burgers from airport staff and people... flying - checked the menu to make sure it would accommodate the bacon lovers in our family as well as the salad lovers. It did !Food is served in paper serving bowls and plastic silverware. Missed real dishes. The food was very good and each person in ourparty left content. Give it a try! Our bacon lover would definitely get the bacon cheeseburger again! Read more

Had dinner here between flights. Ordered my meal using the app code on the table. Took around 30 minutes for my food to show. ... Got the patty melt burger medium with French fries. The burger was cooked as ordered and delicious with the sauce but the frieswere cold. Read more

Ate here during the layover on my outgoing trip and I liked it so much that I ate here again on my return trip. Got the patty... melt and the buffalo chicken sandwich, both with sweet potato fries. Good food and very good service. Highly recommend if youwant a good burger, fries, and/or beer. Read more
