I'm a nurse that walked into Arbys to buy food prior to having to go to work for 12 hrs. I was stopped by the cashier from able... to place an order. I was told we have a large order to fill' gonna take awhile. She wouldn't even take my order. I was told thatI couldn't be accommodated' and I'm welcome to go anywhere else I want to. That is fine' but one problem is /time. I do t havetime to go to another restaurant for expected to be at work. So thanks for consideration. We in the medical field wouldaccommodate you. Read more

I ordered a medium curly fry and a small strawberry lemon aid . 6.47 .NP.. After waiting in line for 7 to 8 min. ..I pull off... didnt wanna hold the line up..After digging in my bag only to get out COLD OLD FRIES AND THEN NO STRAW FOR MY DRINK.. Was downtown and went to Arby's for a quick lunch break during Jury Duty and tried the smokehouse BBQ brisket sandwich with... crinkle fries and a strawberry lemonade. The sandwich was delicious with melted chz, BBQ sauce n brisket on a soft bun. Thefries were nice and warm n salty. The strawberry lemonade was sweet n sour and tasty ???? ???? ????????. The salted caramel &chocolate cookie was thick, soft and sweet. Read more

Receipts are ringing up higher than menu prices for the previous 3 visits. I have tried politely bringing this to the stores... attention and they continue to rudely tell me it's not their job, they don't care, one person said it doesn't matter and what doI want them to do about it? When I parked and came inside and asked to speak to a manager, I was rudely interrupted and told toleave if I don't like the prices. I tried to explain that it's not the prices I wish to complain about, it's the fact that theyhaven't updated their menu board in 6 months even though their cash registers were programmed with the higher prices long ago.When I asked for the 800# for Arby's corporate they said it won't do me any good, because they won't be open until Monday. Isaid politely that I can call on Monday, but I'd like the store location # and the name of the manager who just interrupted andyelled and me before I even could explain the situation. My husband and I went through drive thru. We ordered two gyros-one beef, the other one Greek. The employee ook our order. He got... it quickly and was very helpful about anything else we wanted/needed. He was very friendly Read more

Usually a good experience with friendly crew members. Tonight I queued up in the drive through for a late meal to be told... they're only accepting uber eats, door dash, or whatever online option they have. Oddly enough, their own in house Arby's appwouldn't accept online orders, I tried that before I arrived but when I saw it didn't work I figured I could pay in person. Iguess the management or franchise owners don't like money, or like giving it away to a third party. Pathetic. Read more

Arby's has never been a favorite... Until recently. The burgers there were great and gave me reason to go when others wanted to.... Now, the burgers are gone and we're back to nothing I really like. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean, so it'snothing against this location, it's the chain. Bring back the burgers, please!! Read more
