Worst service I?ve ever had at Arbys. Bun was dripping it was so soggy with meat juice. Roast beef did not taste like normal... Arbys. It was extremely salty. Drive through employee making fun of customer and joking. Very rude. Will not revisit thislocation. Read more
I've only visited this location once. I tried the Wagu burger. It was dry, old, and tasteless. I took it back and asked for a... freshly cooked one. I got a new sandwich with freshly made toppings but the burger did not taste freshly made. It was still dry.I didn't return it. I just threw it away. I don't have a complaint regarding the staff, but the food was not good. Read more
It's been forever since I've had Arby's. It looks like they changed and added items to the menu. I tried the chicken with bacon... and swiss sandwich. It was really good. I even liked the honey mustard sauce on it which I hardly ever like. We went on a Sundayjust when they opened. We got our food hot and fast. I haven't had the apple pecan chicken sandwich in ages so decided to see if it's any better. Unfortunately for me it's worse. No... flavor and the substance do not cover the whole slice of bread..well I have made up my mind won't be eating that sandwich thereagain. The customer service was good at this location. Much better than lawyers rd location. Workers can't help the food notgood. I'm sure it come to them prepackaged. Over priced . This was drive thru for lunch, paid $10.00. Read more
Here's my story. I showed up in my work van which is too tall for the drive through. Their store says dining room is open on... both doors and the front window, but after trying the back door and circling around d to try the front one a guy came out on hisbreak and said the dining room was closed. I told him my van was too tall and he told me I could order over "there" and pointedin a general direction that could have been the window or the kiosk. I tried the kiosk first to establish my place in line. Icalled out to them an embarassing amount of times with no answer. It got to the point where I overheard the people in the carbehind me wondering out loud if they were closed. I assured them it wasn't because There was a car in front of me waiting so Itold the car behind me in was gonna just order at the window. THE SECOND I stepped forward and the car behind me pulled forwardthe lady on the headset started taking THEIR order. I waited behind the one car in front of me for waaay too long and finallyplaced my order. They asked me where my van was parked and I told them it was around the back and they said they'd bring it outwhich I appreciated. They did what they said they would and my order was correct but without any utensils for loaded fries whichdefinitely requires them. Arby's has good food so I was not dissatisfied on that end. All in all they barely saved this frombeing a 1 or 2 star review and that's just because I'm very hesitant to give those out. They screwed up a lot but I've seen afew worse. Read more
I've never had much of an issue here until today. I put in an online order. Get there ten minutes after and pull up to the... window which is what I've always done and she tells me that I can't pick up online orders at the drive thru window. So, I gotout and went inside. Stood inside for 30 minutes waiting. There were approx. 6 other people waiting ahead of me. Prettyridiculous, but there were only 3 people working, so I feel for them. Do better Arby's Read more
