I didn?t get the right order and the lady who I complained to, was very rude, so disrespectful!
If you get food here (wait in line 20-40 minutes, no one answers the drive-thru for 10 minutes and dining room closed), it's... great, people are nice, but I have never, EVER seen a SLOWER restaurant in my life!!! Three people left behind me today, andthere were only two people ahead of me. 25 minutes in drive-thru - no joke - 2 cars. Everyone got one bag, too. AT high noon.Unreal. Read more

Usually do not have problems at this location. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich, 3 piece chicken tenders and a greek gyro. I was... told to pull up it would take 4 minutes for the chicken to be ready, that was at 9:17. The guy came out and said here is youfish, told him I didn't order fish. So to make this a little quicker, I don't know why they don't verify an order before handingit to you. So Ii is now 9:43 I as for my money back,which I paid for on a debit card. The guy didn't know how to do a refund.When I was told the money was put back on my card he didn't give me a receipt, so I asked for one. My order was like $24.34 andhe gave me back $22 on my card. I showed him the original receipt an told him he was sort $2.34. He said he couldn't give methe remainder of what was owed and I told him he was going to have to do something because it is now 9:53 and I'm not waitingany longer. So he gave me $2 in cash and apologized because he was never trained on giving refunds. The gentleman was reallynice but the training there was terrible. I visited this location on Tuesday, 01-25-22 for lunch. I get a 30 min break and I know I spent at least 20 minutes waiting in... the drive thru line. Arby's sent me a coupon for my birthday. Buy any sandwich for regular price & get a free curly free &small shake. I like food that's hot & spicy like myself, so I tried the chicken Diablo Dare sandwich. It was pretty spicy. Don'tthink it was too hot. Didn't realize it came with a small shake too, so I ended up with 2. It definitely wasn't hot enough toneed a milk product to me. Since I've tried it, doubt I'd buy it again. I'm guessing that the long wait time is a result of astaffing shortage. Had there not been an extended wait, I may have given an extra star. Also, one of the shakes was leaking fromthe lid when it was handed to me. It made a mess in my cup holder as soon as I put it down. Read more
Sad! You make an Uber eats order and call them 8 times an employee picks up the phone and you request a manager then you are... hung up on and all phone calls past that are ignored! All I wanted was to ask to put extra ketchup and Arby?s sauce in the bagbecause I knew the pick up driver wouldn?t do it! You have the worst service I have seen and poorest quality of employees! Let?snot blame Covid and short staffing or a phone issue! Nope will assure i visit and order from another Arby?s here on out!
