Love this chain. The food is mostly consistent throughout them you just have to know how to order what you want. Cheesesteak and... wing combo with fries or just wings is my go to get it how you like it. Never had anything that was bad though. We were looking for a quick bite to eat while visiting the area and American Deli did not disappoint! All of the food was piping... hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly and quick. The wings were perfectly crispy and were so good that we went back laterfor more. Highly recommend! Read more

TWICE in the last week I have doordashed a Philly Chicken. The first time there was barely any chicken. I called and complained.... They said they would replace it. The SECOND time there was NO chicken on the sandwich. I drove there myself with the sandwichand complained to the workers. They said they would make 2 replacements for the last two sandwiches. I sat there forever andwaited for them to only give me ONE. When I said "you said you would make two" they started saying the wouldn't do it. Andreplacement sandwich tasted horrible. I am still bewildered by this experience. This place sucks and is WAY too expensive forwhat you get. Read more
