We needed a quick dinner option and we ended up here. What a great surprise! The counter service person was very polite,... professional and extremely helpful answering our questions. Burgers, fries and tots were right on point. The only problem wasthe soda fountain that had several unavailable options. Besides that we had a good time and even better burgers. Moved to Charlotte with my family a few months ago. We are big foodies that are big on taste and texture. This is one of the few... burger places that hit the spot on both. The patties are not overcooked which allows them to have that smoky yet tender texture.The veggies are fresh, the fries and tots with their sauces compliment the burger so we?ll. And don?t forget to try their hotdog with coleslaw. One of the few hot dogs I?ve tried that actually taste good. The people are nice and the food comes out in areasonable time. Wow, another great Charlotte gem. This burger joint has the right stuff. The service was 5 star. The burger delicious down to... the last bite. I ordered a custom shake and they hit it out of the park. The fries were incredible, love the crunchy texture. Inall, this was more food than we could eat. Final word. Delicious! I had the ACE burger. I don't know quite know how to explain it, but the burger doesn't seem as "heavy" on your... stomach as other burgers that size. The sweet potato tots are also a must try. Quality ingredients. The location is the oldBoston Market in Myers Park. Delicious burgers & amazing fries at this growing local burger joint that is rated as #1 in town. This is my second time having... Ace and I was blown away both times! The Ace, their signature burger, is simple but everything you need on a burger. The burgersauce they use and the homemade pickles elevate this burger to a whole different level. The fries are crisp, crunchy, and fullof flavor. I recommend getting a side of all their sauces to dip and try them in! 11/5/2021 stopped here for lunch. The fries were great but the hamburger was flat and thin like a Mcdonalds burger. It was... disappointing for sure. My total was $13.63 for a burger, fries, and a drink. I would stop here again but just for the fries. Read more
The customer service was friendly. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The Ace Burger? even with extra sauce was sooo dry (I... don?t blame the cooks, but maybe the type of meat/patties that are used). The Oreo Milkshake was way too sweet, and had anintense artificial-taste; I could only finish 1/3 of it. Little Big Burger has better quality burgers and is more affordable. Imost likely will not revisit or recommend this place? there are better options elsewhere. Read more
