Make sure you make a reservation. The burger I had was good and hit the spot. It's a clean establishment and has a cool... cafeteria type feel to it. Watch out for the tall blonde who seems to be more intrested in taking pictures of the food andmaking snide comments to patrons (me). I am sorry I was told I did not need a reservation when I tried to make one. Read more

I want to go back just for the Empress of Tryon cocktail! It was sooo good!!! We dined there for wedding rehearsal dinner with a... party of 25 so the menu was prefixed. I had the (teeny tiny) Caesar Salad and Salmon entree served with crispy potatoes andgreen beans. Added some Tabasco for flavor since it was lacking a bit. Read more

Reservations are highly recommended for 205 North Kitchen. Luckily reservations can easily be made from right here in Google... Maps. A lot of the tables are very high tops, so make sure to request a low table. The food was good and we really enjoyed theservice. Sides are sharable portions! Their drinks all have a unique twist but are very good. I got the tiki drink in thepineapple glass. Overall was a good evening. Read more

Came in for brunch as a party of five shortly after they opened. We were sat promptly but told we'd have to squeeze in on a 4... top high top. We understood because we had no reservation. The only problem about this is that there were plenty of largertables available and that were not sat for the entire time we were there (which was approximately an hour and a half). Iunderstand that these may have been reservations, but they weren't sat the whole time we were there. There was no place to putour coats, so we had to sit on them or drape then across our laps. It would have been nice to have some other option (maybe acoat rack by the door or something) because it was not very comfortable. The service was good. It did take quite a while for ourdrinks to be brought out, but I understand they just opened not that long ago. The food overall was good. We had French toast, omelets and the chicken and waffles. All the food appeared to be cooked exactly as everyone wanted it and my food tasted verygood. I appreciate our server bringing out sauces before the food arrived. I wish I could give 3 1/2 stars if I could but thediscomfort at our table brought it down to 3 instead of a 4. We will most likely be back again sometime soon. Read more

Service was great! Food was phenomenal. The deviled eggs with oysters were my least favorite. Oysters were a bit salty for our... taste. But great experience and will definitely come again! Read more

I will say our waitress was super nice and amazing. Our calamari was seasoned and fried super well! I would order to go calamari... from here. Yes it was that good. The not so good was my bolognese. It had no flavor at all. I actually stopped eating it andstarted back eating the calamari instead. I knew I was going to have to go home and doctor it up. I’m not sure why the meatsauce wasn’t flavored either. I wasn’t impressed by it at all. My drink was good! I can’t remember what I had though. Read more
