One of the decent Big Boy left. The food was good. The service was great. Our meals came out fast.
My parents came to visit from Mt. Pleasant and we decided to eat at the Charlotte Big Boy. Was so nice, our waitress was just... perfect (not overly attentive nor under) and what a great cook! We seldom get decent hash browns, and Dad likes his toast extratoasty... it was all perfect!! Great food, staff, even the rain just made the colored leaves stand out more. ???? Read more
Was so excited to see this place as we don't have one were I live.oir waitress never brangbour appetizers or waters.she didn't... give us napkins and I had to flag down another wait staff to go get ours.my husband ordered no lettuce and ended up with lettuceanyways on his burger.my soda was supposed to be Pepsi but was diet.the wait staff we had was just not good at her job. Outstanding on service and food! It was close to closing and we ordered our dinner, with the soup and salad bar. Tash restocked... it! We enjoyed our meal and service we really awesome. We will be back! Just to let everyone know, the menu is a lot smaller. Nosalmon, which was really missed! They really went out of their way for us! Ask for Tash for come here. She was truly awesome! Service needed improvement, restaurant needs some upgrades. French toast and Reuben were good.
So we had an absolutely awful experience here. Keveena was very rude to us for no reason. She acted like it was a burden to... wait on us. We had a small toddler and she didn't ask if we needed a high chair. Then she proceeded to treat a large table verynicely, bringing them whatever they needed and asking how the meal was. Meanwhile there were things we asked for that shedidn't bring and even tried to avoid walking by our table altogether. She never apologized for anything or even acknowledged mychild. I would not recommend this miserable person. I tip according to how I'm treated and she failed. The lady who seated uswas decent though, and the food was good. Read more
Slim Jim, onion rings and strawberry pie - what more could a girl ask for! We are new to the Charlotte MI area and chose Big Boy... today for lunch! Natisha waited on us and made us feel welcome to the area and like family! She was friendly, smiled, andengaged in conversation with us. We will definitely ask for her again at our next visit.
