My wife and I are new to Michigan...Lol so we've never been to this establishment before, I ordered I double. Unbeknownst to me... that it's basically a huge roast beef with a ton of what appears to be velveeta cheese. Personally I don't really enjoy thismuch liquid cheese on a sandwich. I initially thought I was getting a double cheeseburger lol. Heads up I didn't see anycheeseburgers on the menu.....Arby's Go Meat!!!! Lmfao Overall it was a nice place and the service was friendly and it didn'ttake much time to get the food. Also I suggest you try the sauces they've got by the fountain drinks.....delicious. I alsoenjoyed that you can ring a bell on the way out as a compliment for there great service, being a kid at heart even if I didn'tlike the service I'm still ringing that bell LOL Read more

The manager really took care of us! Our order was misplaced and he more than made up for it with immediate service, once he... found out, a larger fry, since that was filled and the offer of a dessert item. Good job! Read more
The employees at this Arby?s went above and beyond with their service. Thank you so much to the employee who noticed we were... traveling with small children and gave us a few travel games for the road! I asked my boyfriend to get me a chicken jalapeno wrap. He brought back a beef gyro and it was delicious. I never had better. I... will order it again. I am satisfied. Since covid hit, I found it hard to get a decent take out meal. You accomplished that and Iam thrilled. Thank you. Read more
Great costumer service but this is my second time going here and both times my order has either been wrong or they forgot... something that I?ve ordered. I ordered a number 5 which as you can see is supposed to be a crispy chicken not sliced deli meat.The last time I went they forgot my mozzarella sticks which are an extra $5 that I spent. Food was excellent, looked just like the picture, when does that happen? That cinnamon caramel shake is a taste of Heaven and... you consistently have the best staff, always kind and helpful! It's fast food....but the blue cheese buffalo chicken sandwich was very tasty. Prices are also attractive.
