Expresso machine never works. If you order from the app, they claim they are unable to refund you and call costumer service.... When you call costumer service they inform you that the specific franchise is able to refund you. When you go back, they claimto not have a password to issue a refund. They consistently screw up the orders. Iced lattes always taste burnt. Often they'll miss the mark on order like adding sugar to... latte. They'll often serve old rock hard bagels. Two times in a row it happened that bagels were rally hard or will simplyreplace one with their choice without asking if they are out of the one you asked for.
