I experience a problem EVERY time I go to this location. I go exclusively at night between 8pm-11pm. I even avoided this place... for months hoping a change of staff would fix the problem, but from my experience & looking at other reviews, it seems to be aproblem with the location itself. Staff are often seen monkeying around. Orders are frequently wrong. Even if the order isright, the quality is horrible. They?re somehow slow AF even when there are no other customers there. The quality of staff,quality of service and quality of food are all unacceptable. I?ll never be spending money here again. Read more
It was alright. They messed up the chili cheese fries by putting no cheese, but they were happy to correct it. Moral seemed very... bad, but it is fast food. There was one line worker with their hair down, but after a little bit they put their hair in aponytail. The baconator fries were mediocre, burnt bacon and barely melted cheese. The nuggets were hit and miss some seemedfresher than others. The restrooms were clean, but the toilet paper was sitting on the baby changer (not that sanitary) andthere was zero soap, not even an empty dispenser... overall could have been way better. This is the nastiest restaurant I have been to in a long time. There were 8 staff all at the counter and one sitting on the... counter. One employee was out back smoking and another sitting out front eating and talking on the phone. When he comes in hedoesn?t even wash his hands. He just starts horse playing with another employee. ?Only? one employee is wearing gloves. Thisplace is disgusting. I have pictures if management would like to see them. The store itself is pretty nice. They have a problem with their design team though. Waiting in line to place an order runs you... right past the front door and down one side of an island of seats. There's just not a whole lot of room. If more than five or sopeople are waiting to order. You also have to deal with quite a few questionable people. Read more
