Shady Transactions, Clumsy Service, Disgusting Restrooms: The cashier was instructed by management to ring up my Frosty as one... of the Halloween Coupon Booklets. I noticed this when I was reading my order on the screen before I paid. I mentioned that I didnot order a coupon booklet and she told me that her manager instructed her to ring it up this way. This seemed fishy, possibly away to fraudulently report sales of the coupon booklets. My order was clumsily prepared and was given to me missing items that Ipaid for. The restrooms were very dirty. The urinal in the men's restoom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Itook a photo and have attached it here. It makes me wonder if the food preparation areas are being properly cleaned. I will notbe returning. Read more
Waited 30 minutes on baconaterfries after being parked to wait on the fries, I walked to the window to see how much longer and... was told they forgot about them, the next day I stopped to get a salad for lunch and the Lettuce was brown slimy and stunk! Came there probably 4 or 5 times in the past 2 weeks trying to order baked potatoes only to be told they?re out. No matter what... time early or late in the evening they never have them. Food is always cold and cashiers don?t even look at you or speak whenyou are given the food. Would do a survey but I never receive a receipt ever. Read more

Food is usually pretty good. I almost always use the mobile app so I can order ahead and get fresh, hot food. Most times I'm... asked to pull up to wait for my food which I'm perfectly fine with if it means I get fresh items. Theres almost always some kindof homeless/drugy type person hanging around getting food from the supposedly, locked doors. Don't know what that's about at allbut definitely doesn't make me feel the safest. A few times they've randomly just closed and not given any notice so the appstill was letting you order, as was doordash, only to arrive to pick up your order and no one be there. Read more
