Mistakes happen in the food industry and that's not a big deal. What is a big deal is the deliberate laziness that results in... half filled drinks, leftovers from other orders being haphazardly tossed into a bag that aren't even related to what youactually ordered, and staff holding up the drive through to milk the clock so they can get rid of the entire line with the words"we stopped serving breakfast". This store is the worst McDonald?s ever. We sat in-line for 15 minutes and the car in front of us only ordered a sweet tea. When... we pulled up to the window, there wasn?t a single customer in the store (I would assume the lobby was full since it took so longto place our order)! We originally stopped to purchase a McFlurry but was informed that the ice cream machine wasn?t working.This is the fourth time in 3 months that I?ve attempted to purchase a McFlurry at this location only to be told the machine wasbroken. Maybe they should advertise that they no longer serve ice cream at this location. The girl was slow coming to thewindow and took my money and walked away without handing me my drinks. I received my food from a different employee and droveoff without drinks. I checked my order before leaving the lot and it wasn?t correct so my daughter walked in to have it fixedand get our drinks and no one assisted her. She was able to talk to someone (a totally different employee, so they seemed to bewell staffed, we seen 3 employees in our visit) when she walked back out and walked up to drive thru window. Way short staffed. 4 people working, 5 waiting out front, never less than 6 cars waiting for drive thru. Commend the 4 for... their work. Food was good. Management should have their combined butts kicked for such poor scheduling. Read more
I've stopped at this McDonald's a few times and everytime it's the same thing. I always stopped at breakfast time and the taste... of the food itself was good but I always got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with a hash brown. Every time you had to almosteat the biscuit with a fork. It's was always tore up and crumbled and looked like it's was smashed all to pieces. Which makes itvery difficult while on the go Read more
I would give a zero if possible - we ordered two kids cheeseburger meals and received NONE. One meal was a four piece chicken... nugget and the other had some mysterious sauce only - not even sure what sauce it was. I have tried to call store to complainand no one will answer - my recommendation - ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE leaving drive thru - will never go here again. Read more
We stopped by for a late lunch. Chicken nugget happy meal with apples, fries, and chocolate milk for my girl and I got two... double cheeseburgers without bun and ketchup. The presentation of both weren't great. The nuggets and fries were overdone andnot great... The apples were in great shape though (some in the past have had so many bruises on them that you have to throwthem away). The cheeseburgers were ok and at least they were made correctly. I'm glad we dined in because they forgot theketchup for the happy meal (which was asked and recorded at ordering) and no silverware for the burgers without the buns. Worst experience ever!! Ordered through doordash. My order was half wrong! My biscuit looks and feels like it?s been sitting out... on a counter! The eggs taste like chemicals. Ordered a large coffee, got a small. This is the worst McDonald?s in the Charlestonarea! Read more
Service was good , except how long it took to get the food. I ordered inside as drive thru was massive. It took longer inside... then it would have in drive thru. The store was ok , there were half drank cups of pop and looked like cold coffee on thecounter. A case of water in the counter also. There was rolls of I'm guess register tape and some kids booklet scattered allover the counter top. The credit card machine was broken and just barley hanging on to it's stand. I only saw 3 people workingand know that times are hard. Appearance is a must, I did notice that the lanes where they make your food had food just sweptaside and not cleaned off between food preps. If I must stop by again I will either go to the next McDonald's or somewhere else.It really was bad. Oh I for got there was a huge trash can in front of the drink machine ( don't know if they were working ornot ) had to reach around it to get a straw.
