Spent almost $40 on dinner and it was barely edible. The chicken had none of its usual great flavor. In fact it was bland as... could be. All you could taste in the coleslaw was onions. They were so overpowering you could not eat it. The french friestasted like you had just turned the salt shaker up and held it over your mouth. Once upon a time it was unheard of to get badfood at kfc. Now you're lucky if you can even eat it which I will not be any longer!! Read more

We ordered a mash pot or bowl and a 1 piece breast meal , fries , two extra biscuits and a large coleslaw and you couldn?t eat... it . The bowl didn?t have any chicken in it . Waiting for over 10 minutes, being only the second vehicle in line. There was 2 car in the parking lot. Instead of dealing with... customers in drive thru they were dealing with people just walking up to the drive thru window after I was in line. Thishappened 6/10/2022. Only gave 1 star because it won't let me do a half . I wouldn't even give this place a half of a star. My food was burnt and... half the order was either missing or messed up. When I called they said they would replace but when I got there to pick up myreplacement later that night like I told them it would be they wouldn't replace my order due to me not bring the food back withme. The manager I spoke with told me I could have a refund on my money and get the order replaced. That didn't happen. I won'tbe going back there. Read more
Service quality has been declining at this location. Orders are consistently incorrect. I think it may be a management issue... more than an issue with employees. However, I think listening skills need to be addressed and worked on by all members of thestaff including management. Read more
This is the food we were served is basking in mass amount of grease! Our family used to love KFC, Now we race home to bathrooms... w upset stomachs and disgust.
