If I could literally give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT waste your time or your money. They don?t deserve it and they... will show you that before you even take two steps in the door. The two guys were so cocky and cussing in front of children andother customers. Honestly not the type of person who should be running a business. Service like that, they won?t last muchlonger. I?ve never experienced customer service this bad in my entire life. They were so rude to us. We were ordering twosandwiches and knew exactly what we wanted and the guy kept cutting my wife off and saying he will get my order first when shewas ordering for the both of us to make it easier on them they kept saying I?ll be back to you when she was just trying to letthem know she was ordering for both of us. They then continued to cut us off as we asked to hold a couple of the toppings it waslike they were offended?? We are from PA and we were excited to have found a place with an ?authentic? cheesesteak. Sandwich wasokay, but not great. Also overpriced and they made us tip?? Lol. This place is a joke. Italian sub supposed to be a big deal. Very plain and dry. $20 for a sub and a bottle of water. You?d be... better off going to subway. Go to Joey tomatoes if you want a real Italian. Hot subs are nothing special either. Just goanywhere else Read more
We walked in from out of town As soon as we ordered the two guys were so arrogant. We ordered 4 hoagies and 2 bags of chips the... price was 76.77 The menu price was false advertisement I wanted a printed receipt He said I can email it to you I said how can 4hoagie be this much He said it is your fault u used a debit card He charged me all these hidden fees And charged me for 3 bagsof chips instead on 2, he did give me money back I asked for no onions and that didn't happen We will stick with jerseyMike's Friendlier and honest My son lives in Charleston and he as with us and he will spread the word to not go there!!! I moved from South Jersey to NC back in 2013. I am down here alone and without any family, and some of what I miss the most is... the food from back home. This sandwich shop, made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. Their food is phenomenal and theowner and the staff are some of the funniest, and most genuine and friendly people you will every meet. If you are ever thereand craving an amazing breakfast sammy, go for the Scrapple, egg and cheese. It is certainly top notch! Leave your feelings atthe door and come see these guys at one of the best and most under rated gems in the Charleston area. Thank you again for myfreebies while I was there. Must stop, stop driving by and grab a sandwich here! "No corners cut", legit and I mean legit everything. That Italian was so... fresh, amazing bread, toppings and amazing hot peppers even the greens were on point! My wife's Chef Salad was also tasty. Didnot have the cheesesteaks but dang they looked so good and the sliced beef in the case was really fresh! Hats off to this localspot and owner, hope to keep coming back for years. Read more
