I worked at this particular wing stop for a couple months, it was only a couple months because it was a transitional period in... my life, I would?ve loved to stay longer! The Managers weren?t always the easiest to deal with, they slacked on theirresponsibilities a bit but the owner, on the other hand, was in the shop as often as possible, making sure operations ransmoothly. Other than minor hiccups that every restaurant has, because I?ve worked in many, I have no complaints whatsoever andwould recommend this job to anyone! Read more
I've been to this location and the other one in North Charleston. Especially during the painful days of early/mid COVID, thank... you for staying open and staying staffed and stocked! Got there as soon as they opened and waited over an hour for 12 wings and 2 fries. The fries tasted like they weren?t even... cooked. Def shortstaffed. 6 people who ordered after me got their food before me. garlic parmesan wings tasted like straightrubber. not good Read more
Order wings and drinks last night for Uber eats to deliver and didn't get the drinks. Ordered again today 2 orders of 10 piece... wings and uber delivered and only got 1 order of wings. Tried calling the last 2 days and phones are not working. I can't driveto the restaurant cause I'm from out of state and no vehicle. I'm at the hospital visiting a family member. Won't answer the phone after forgetting a whole fries order+dipping sauce and the one fries order they did bring wasn't even... half full, the wings (mango habenero and straight mild) were both very bland and the chicken itself was just bad and they forgot2 wings from my 10 piece combo. Read more
Although short staff the wait was worth it. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful. Great job management and staff. Food fresh,... hot, and fabulous. I ordered through Doordash and didn't get the fries or the carrots I ordered with my chicken combo. The following day (today) I... ordered carryout thinking since I've never had this issue during carryout but I have them more credit than I should have. Whenmy daughter got there my order wasn't ready because they have it away to someone else which is weird because they literally askfor the name for the pickup of orders. They tried to tell my daughter that I don't have an order which I had already paid forvia the app.They had to remake my order but didn't remake it as I requested when placing my order and I didn't get my drink thatcomes with the combo. They don't answer the phone at all and after a certain time they take the phone off of the hook so it canstay busy. This location has seriously started doing a horrible job. Read more
