The employee they have at the drive-thru today 10-29-22 was conducive to me not giving my business with this company today. I... don't think I've ever been treated like the bad guy ordering food from a restaurant. They tried to rush me through my order andthen got an attitude with me because I didn't want to make it a combo. And then persisted to talk to me like I wasn't acustomer. I placed a mobile order at 11 am for a 12:10 pick up on my lunch break. My great grandmother moves faster than Everyone in this... building. Moral of the story I didn?t get my 12:10 pickup untill 12:39 almost 12:40. This Wendy?s sucks ! Read more
This location is AWFUL. Serve takes a half hour each time. Sign outside says lobby is open for pick up orders only, door is... always locked. Got a grilled chicken sandwich and it tasted like salty sea water. Read more

This location is pitiful!!! I ordered a small coffee with 3 splenda on the side. I get to work, open the coffee to add splenda &... BAM!! there?s cream in my coffee!! I am livid. I called the store, in which, manager has been professional, nonetheless, Asimple coffee & the staff can?t get right!!! Absolute rude service. I just sat in the drive thru line waiting at the speaker with no one in front. No one said anything for... 3-4 minutes, so I pulled forward. When I got to the window the lady said I owe 30 something dollars. I told her that was not myorder and that I have a mobile order. She said you didn't say anything at the speaker. I replied neither did you or anyone inthe store which is why I pulled forward. She started shaking her head in disgust with an attitude. I canceled the order after Ipulled off totally disrespected.
