I made a mobile order for a small chili and a Dave's triple. The only thing I customized was adding onions to my chili and... omitting cheese and mustard on my burger. This location is usually really slow so at least that was expected. After I finallygot my food I took it home, ate my chili (onions weren't in there, but I just shrugged it off. Easy mistake I guess, right?).When I got to my burger, all it had was ketchup, mayo, ONE tomato, and 2 pickles...on a triple patty burger...there were noonions or lettuce. This made my burger extremely bland since those patties are thick and it's a triple! You need toppings and Ididn't get all the ones that were supposed to be on there. My elderly husband and I arrived at 10:30pm from the airport. We were staying at the Hilton Garden inn which shares the parking... lot with Wendy?s. We found the inside Wendy?s closed at 10:00pm but the Pick Up window was open. We had no car as we arrived byshuttle. We stood in line to order and then we?re rudely told that the restaurant does not accept walk ups through the pick upwindow . I said that there was no sign regarding the rule and if an exception could be made since we had no food available atthe hotel. We were rudely told to get out of line because it was a safety hazard. I asked what was the hazard. No answer fromthe manager. Total silence. It is actually better due to Covid to have customers walk up for service rather than going into therestaurant. If you are going to close your inside restaurant so early at 10:00pm and still state the hours are until 2:00am andyour signs state Pick up Window. It does not say Drive through. I asked again about serving us since there was no signregarding no walk ups and she couldn?t tell us what was the hazard. We were told it was common sense. I asked to speak to themanager and was told rudely by that I was speaking to the manager. The manager was unprofessional. I asked to have her meet usoutside to speak to us. She refused and said she was going to call the police. I said that would be fine. Amazing, this managerwas going to call the police on an elderly couple who are both professionals and were nicely dressed. I encouraged the managerto call the police as I would gladly like to speak to them about how this Wendy?s felt the need to waste their time to harass anelderly couple wanting food. We left since my husband was tired and didn?t want to wait for the police. I will be contacting theWendy?s headquarters. Read more

Have eaten here several times about six months apart for several years. Always hoping it has gotten better. Historically one of... the slowest fast food places in Charleston in my experience. Today the soda was flat, the ice machine was broken. Over tenpeople waiting for orders in front of me. Fries cold, had to beg for sauce for nuggets. If it weren't for tourists I don't thinkthis place could stay in business. It won't be missed. Read more

The food was hot, and looked good. This is the second time in a row that our order was not right. They did not add part of our... food when we ordered, and had to correct it at the window. Maybe if they repeated the order and gave a total at the speaker,they would be able to get it corrected before having customers to the window. Read more

This was the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's, ever! I only gave it 2 stars because they actually got my order right. The... dinning was supposed to be open, one of the workers taking their break even said so, but also mentioned it wasn't opened becauseof a coworkers attitude. I didn't think much of it, but when we went through the drive through it was very clear. Whoever wastaking our order was very rude. And when I asked what she had said, she yelled at me and repeated it, and then said "what, youcan't hear me" very rudely. In addition, after every item we asked to add she said "you gonna add anything else" also with a lotof attitude. I was very disappointed and the only reason I actually stayed is because we had a flight to catch and needed food.They were also all out of every frosty except strawberry and they were out of Dr. Pepper. She also did not give me my receipt soI can't even mention her name. I was not impressed and will never be coming here again! Read more

I wish I can give them less than a star but unfortunately I have to give them a full star to start a review. If you get to this... place RUN! When it comes down to it, it?s nothing but miserable people working here who are ready to make other peoples livesmiserable as well. I was making a normal order but when I asked for that order to be repeated to me this woman ?with her braidsswinging around? made sure to let me know I was out of line for even asking. With my three kids in the car she began withprofanities. Seriously! Her coworkers had to pull her away from the drive-through window so she wouldn?t come at me! For askingher to repeat my order so I can make sure it was correct! PATHETIC. I happily checked my order as she continued to be heldback. So shameful. As I drove off I said a prayer hoping whatever was going on in her life would calm down. This crazy encounterwas Completely uncalled for. They need to get it together, especially baby girl. This place sucks. Ring up and charged me for food I didn't order in drive thru. Then when I ask about it, tells me I have to go... to the end of the line because there too busy. Annoyed, I drove around and there wasn't anyone in line for drive-thru andparking lot was empty. I have no idea what i paid for, no receipt and they kept the bag. Seriously??? I will not be back.
