I?ve been to Kingstide a couple times now and I really love the vibe there. All the staff was so welcoming to me and the food... was really on point. The servers kindness and efficiency will for sure bring me back many times over. Hate to let the secret out but this is the best place to visit by boat in Charleston for drinks/food. We?ve done it all so trust... me here. Docking was a breeze and we felt welcomed when entering. My wife and I love this spot. Each time we come into town to visit, we stop by and grab drinks and dinner. Every visit has been... a fantastic experience. The drinks are expertly prepared and very refreshing. The food presentation is great. As our waitersaid, ?Your eyes have to eat first?. The quality and value of the food is excellent. And, most importantly, the service isfriendly and attentive. We?re looking toward to our next visit to the Charleston area and our next visit to The Kingstide. Read more
Hands down the best seared tuna I've ever had. Was so well plated I didn't want to eat it, perfectly seared and amazing cut of... fish. The wait staff were attentive and professional. Fine dining at its best without any pretension. A great experience I hopeto repeat again soon. Read more

Amazing view and service. Open kitchen and you can see the chef manage the sous-chef and team with high standards. I saw two... platings turned down by the chef while eating at the bar (seems a few new team members last night). And the bar seating wasextremely comfortable and the waiter was very attentive (unlike most bar seating areas). I?ll be back! 12/5/2021 Update: cameagain and want to add another 5 Stars! My husband and I enjoyed his birthday dinner here and had a fantastic meal. Our server was lovely and so attentive, and the... tastes of each dish were thoughtfully created. Everything was delicious! The calamari was light and crunchy, the yogurt limedrizzle on the sweet potatoes was a unique twist, and both the campfire trout and swordfish "fish of the day" preparation weregreat choices! Parking was a bit far, as all the close spaces were taken and we had to park in a gravel lot across the way, andit was very cold. Still a great meal and we look forward to returning! Read more
The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The service was impeccable! I got suggestions for everything including my drink. And... look how absolutely beautiful it is, with a smoky flavor. The crab and oysters were super fresh and spot on! It was a perfectdate night spot for our anniversary dinner. Other than special occasions I may not go due to the high prices.
