EXTREMELY SLOW service. They are about 5-10 minutes a car so being in line I took around 20 minutes from the order being... requested to being made... Include the other 25 minutes waiting before that in line... I will say, however, the people werephenomenal and very kind! Only problem was I had gotten around 8 items ordered and ended up with 6 by the time I got home (sadlyabout $10 worth) that I never got.... Arrived at 7:30pm saw line of cars so walked in and ordered on Kiosk only 2 individuals ahead of me. Was 7:45 and had a meeting... at 8 so asked status of order. Informed they were short handed and order was next. 7:55 asked again and hadn't even startedorder and asked money back and then started working it. Received order 8:04 no large cups received a medium checked order notomatoes asked for some gave me a little container and was like need some more and he was like that's more than enough andwalked away. Prices go up, portion go down, employees want higher salary and get terrible customer service in return; not worththe prices and headaches. Oh and should of check the entire order the other Chalupa besides no tomatoes had like 1/2 theingredients not worth the $$$. Would give zero stars if I could. Just took nearly 40 minutes to get my food and had at least 6 people who ordered after me get... their food before me. When it finally arrived my two orders of potato were in one bigger container, but this is really notacceptable since they were for two different people. The girl at the counter offered to give me another one, but the managertold her I?d have to pay for it. The manager was also cussing out her employees the entire time I waited in the dining room withmy 4 year old and refused to listen to her employees side of the story about what was going wrong with the system-option to sendhim home instead. I usually go here with my family, and usually don't have problems. Well, with the occasional item missing or slushie machine... down. This last time was absolutely horrid!! I ordered the chalupa meal, in which I wanted beef and my taco soft. My coworkerordered the same with the exception that she wanted the doritos loco instead of the regular crunchy taco. We literally waited45mins to have our orders everything we didn't want. Instead of beef we got chicken chalupas And regular crunchy tacos.???? Wealso ordered Large drinks and got medium cause that's all they had. We didn't bother complaining or attempting to return ourorder for the right one because we were on our lunch break and had to leave already. I wasted money paying extra for somethingwe didn't even get. Hopefully next time will be better and I can change my review. Giving it 3 stars is me being generous. Read more
I had a decent size order. It did take a moment to get the Order. I had 3 teens with me and we where waiting inside. One of my... hard tacos was with black beans was made first and it grew soft as the other food was being prepared and the cook new it andwithout being asked he brought another one to our table and said I bet that taco was soft and gross so here is a fresh one. Outof no where. That was really kind and I really appreciated it. The food was correct and good. Read more
Worst service ever. If I could give no stars I would. I know it?s fast food but when the restaurant is dead and it?s taking over... 45 minutes of standing here waiting for food that no body is making, and the one person who was attempting to get an orderstarted keeps walking off the line? absolutely ridiculous. Can?t even get someone?s attention to get my money back, 2 peoplewalked In and waited to order. No one paid them any attention and they walked out. Bad cold & stale food seems as if taco ???? & chalupa?s were sitting on counter for several hrs my shell was broken in half and... all 3 items had barely any meat in them ????. So much for late night cravings ???? Read more
If taco ???? bell ???? is available when I have to deal with fast food I'm more than likely to choose this establishment. Even... though the products are pre made the beef and chicken seems lean and the vegetables seem fresh. I generally think overall amongservice and cleanliness I'm yet to walk into their diner and find it dirty. Read more
