Walked into the restaurant with my 6 year old hearing Cardinals B?s ?WAP? on full blast and uncensored coming from the kitchen.... The supposed assistant manager at night and employee, Cynthia, at the Folly Road store are rude, surly, and totally not... customer oriented. After verbally abusing me, I complained to the assistant manager who treated me almost as badly. They mademe feel I should be thankful they were even working at that store. After submitting a complaint at the corporate web site, ittook the owner a month or more to contact me. When trying to return his telephone call, the person answering the phone was nothelpful at all in giving me any idea when Bill would be available. Two minutes after hanging up, someone called me back andspoke rudely to me (10/21/22 around 0945). Amazing (NOT!!!) yet another location that states it is open for dine in, drive thru or delivery and yet doors are locked!!!... ???? Told can go to drive thru or order online and it will be brought to the door. I?m driving a 26? truck, makes drive thru notpossible. And tried online and wouldn?t you know it, system not working!! ???? If I?d known was closed wouldn?t have botheredstopping! Consistently a 4-star experience for nearly a decade, which almost makes it deserving of a 5th star today... Drive-thru is... well-managed, food was hot, but slim-to-average quantity servings. Order a second helping if you're hungry. Read more

Gave me the wrong food AND they Refused to add a small item at the window due to having a small line. Manager said they can?t do... that. I said they?ve done it before, the rude retort was ?we?ve not done that since I?ve been here and that?s three years honey?? then I heard her mutter when she walked away ?nice try though? Why be rude to someone trying to pay for food at your place ofwork? They need re-training for managers at this location. Read more

This Taco Bell never has any supplies whatsoever. I?m not even joking when I say this I?ve went 2 days in a row before to this... location to ask for food and they said ? sorry we?re out of tomato?s, beef, chicken, and cheese. ? LOL. You guys need bettermanagement for sure. Read more

So after a day on the beach figured I'd wait upon exit to eat a taco. How don't love tacos right? They were out of any... silverware. I ordered the power bowl and y'all they were fast friendly and over the top with helping me figure out how to enjoymy fresh and healthy bower bowl. Negative stars were not available. I came to visit my mom and family. Bought $80.00 in food and grease was not drained, food not... wrapped properly, things thrown in the bag and when we asked to remake some of them girl reply was "Well its just from thegrease". No joke Sherlock, but you guys have a strainer to drain the grease and are NOT busy (no one inside and 1 car in theline). Why is it so hard for you guys to have decent customer service? Why is it so hard for you to do your job properly? I'mglad I will be back in Tennessee where our Taco Bell takes Pride in their jobs and cares to help and fix mistakes.
