I come here ever other day. I never used the drive- thru before but I decided to use it. The young lady who had the head set was... very rude so when I came to the window I asked to speak to a manager and the older gentlemen came to the window and I told himhow disrespectful she was and rude to me. He plain told me she was not not rude and she didn?t understand me. He then told me Iwas wrong. He then said she was his daughter. I understand standing up for your child but your running a BUSINESS period. I willnever return again. I will be reaching out to corporate office because this is unacceptable. Read more
I used to LOVE Subway, but this sandwich was just plain AWFUL. Haven't been in a while so not sure if due to pandemic or what. I... ordered turkey sub with oil & vinegar on the side. Lettuce was old, wilted, & so wet that the entire bottom bread was adisgusting, soggy mess. Very disappointing. Doubt I will be going back. We love Subway's for a quick, easy and healthy lunch or dinner. This particular Subway is our absolute favorite! The ingredients... are always fresh, they don't skimp on the veggies and the bread seems to always be just baked out of the oven no matter whattime of day you go in. The preparers are always fast and friendly to boot. I highly recommend this location! Read more
Good service, clean, albeit a wrap meal is rather pricey at $10!
Went inside to order subs. Very few people in line and within 10 minutes our order was taken and prepared. The subs are... excellent and the cookies are fresh. Will definately visit this subway again. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Read more
If I could give it zero stars I most definitely would. Horrible customer service. They messed 2 out of 4 of our subs by... completely leaving out cheese all together. When we tried to call, their phone doesn't go through so I had to drive all the wayback there to see any kind of resolution. When I get there, Seth, the gentleman who made the sandwiches, automatically beginstaking the defensive as if to say there couldn't have been anything wrong? mind you, this was long before I started stating mygrievances? and began to get a very unprofessional and very disrespectful attitude towards me. He refunded the sandwiches, thenproceeded to make a grand gesture of throwing them in the trash and proceeding to ignore us completely, without a single apologyor at least an effort to fake concern. Later that night I returned to ask about his name so that I could report him tocorporate, and the owner's brother, along with another lady in a black collared subway shirt refused to give me his last name sothat I could make a formal complaint. They lied and said they couldn't remember it and didn't have access to it, despite therebeing an employee list or at least a schedule in store to refer to. I left my name and number and informed them that I would beback tomorrow to speak directly to the owner and that they can all count on taking this up with corporate. This is not the firsttime we have been disrespected and given extremely subpar costumer service. I'd suggest the Subway on the corner of Bees FerryRd. and Hwy 17 if you're in the mood for a foot-long. I've never had a problem once there and every time I leave I'm satisfiedwith spending my hard earned money at a place that understands the importance of respect and quality. Read more
I've eaten at Subway's for 20 years. This location has the best service, always the freshest bread, and is very clean. The guys... from Egypt that work here are excellent workers, and sandwich makers. So good that I came to this page just to leave a review. Read more
Went to the drive-thru, found the display doors open and flapping in the wind. Someone was on the other end taking orders still... though which was nice. I ordered a sandwich with wheat bread, I ended up getting a white cheese bread instead. The bread overallseemed kinda flat. Also asked for red dorrito chips and was told they didn?t have any. I saw a person walk in the store and comeout after I received my order with red dorrito chips. Clearly I was lied to. Read more
