I honestly hope the employees get recognized for their amazing customer service at about 5:30ish PM. I just got my sub and I?m... having a terrible day, like I walked into subway just needing food after a tearful day. All the employees are great and it's always clean.-3 stars because the manager has no organizational skills. Just excuses. I... managed a subway before. Its not that hard if you prep correctly and not hide when there is a rush. I've seen her do dishesduring a lunch rush before. Being a customer is a great experience. Its working there that I am reviewing. I contemplated making this review for a while and... decided to just now as I passed by on foot and seeing the closing hours have been drastically influenced from being"understaffed". The owner seems amazing, however the manager there (and the unlivable starting wage) is what is making you guysunderstaffed. Her name is Audry, and as a human and outside of work, she is as sweet as can be. But as a manager, she is prettyclose to impossible to work for and with. I spent close to 10 years being manager of 2 warehouses where collectively I had 27employees and from a managers point of view, Audry can not handle managing just 5 or 6 people to help run the restaurant. Youtry to talk to her, offer constructive criticism and she loses it, goes into a tizzy and won't hear of it at all. THIS and anunlivable wage is why you stay understaffed. When I was there, I fully intended to get to a point where the poor lady couldhave a break but she refuses to work with anyone, so I chose to remove myself from the situation because it's kind of animpossible situation . So nice and funny! One guy changed his gloves for me because he got mayo on them by mistake and I really hate mayo. He was nice... about it And no attitude at all. He made my sandwich perfectly and it's very yummy. The hospitality is love family vibes. Idon't get much on my sandwich but I have a pic. Also the bread was moist and soft. Read more

The staff were very friendly and courteous. They greeted me as I came in and said they were finishing up an order and would be... right with me. They were making a large number of subs and let me know they were almost done and apologized for the wait. Eventhough you could tell they were stressed trying to get a large order completed they were very friendly the whole time. Read more
