Drive thru took 45 minutes. Then when I finally got to the window their stars rewards program was down. Then when I got my two... Frappuccino?s that were just sitting there both were all liquid and melted. Definitely been sitting at the drive thru window fora while. Cost too much to get drinks like that. Read more

I have come into this location a couple of times and normally when a customer comes into Sbux they welcome you. This one doesn?t... acknowledge your existence? at all. Both times I was the only one standing at the pick up mobile area and both times, ignored!All 4 baristas don?t acknowledge which to me is mind blowing. The 1st time I waited a solid 4 min while 1 was literally atespresso machine without saying anything. I didn?t want to just grab my drink until they said it was ok. She FINALLY addressedme and gave my drink. My 2nd time which is why I?m writing this, it happened again. Bad customer service and not sure what theycan possibly do to a pumpkin cold brew to make it gross? but they did. Totally watered down with no flavor. How is this evenpossible??? This drink had to be made within 10min so it?s not like it sat for 30min and Ice melting. I typically will go into aHarris teeter to get my drink but didn?t want to go in but I think after giving a couple of chances I?ll be returning to thegrocery store location. Do better guys! So I went to the Starbucks INSIDE HARRIS TEETER. I'm not seeing it on the map. I'm more of an independent expresso place... person, but was visiting family and wanted an espresso and this was all that I could find. Normally SB is pretty low tier, butthe manager was there, and she was amazing. She knew what she was talking about, cared about her pours, and delivered a greatproduct. I never give 5 stars to a SB, and this review goes to that person that cared and was passionate about her product. (Total contrast to other SBs where I've seen customers break down when they say they are out of caramel syrup and staff expressempathy). Read more
