Harris Teeter Location-Asked for a medium pike, got a blonde roast that was watered down. Obviously I didn?t get my coffee fix... at Starbucks today. Drove back up there and he still didn?t have a medium pike brewed. I?m trying to fix all this before ameeting, no time. The customer service lady did refund my money but I wish I had went somewhere else to begin with. My advice,check your coffee before leaving (do not count on it being what you asked for, it to be fresh or not watered down). Laziness.This happened Sunday April 10th 2022, in case corporate cares to know?def should be made aware of it. It?s amazing what kind ofdomino effect can happen just due to one person choosing to be slack. I ended up at Dunkin Donuts after two trips to thisStarbucks. My granddaughter only requested a glass of water at this visit as we were on a time schedule. We do enjoy Starbucks!
Be aware that they are often out of certain drinks. Nothing wrong with the employees or anything, just whoever is in charge of... stocking this Starbucks with ingredients does not do a good job or they are having issues with it. This Starbucks is inside Barnes and Noble. Great service and a comfortable place for those who like to read a book. I ordered a... strawberry Frappuccino and a quiche! Both were delicious! Read more
Ripped off! Yesterday the girl made me a caramel latte with no expresso in it. Drove off before I realized I'd just paid $5 for... steamed milk. Truth is, the Starbucks located inside of grocery stores do not have fully-trained Starbucks employees--it's justa hut licensed to sell their products however they decide to throw it together. There was no line and I stood there at the register this morning for at least 5 minutes. There were no customers and the barista... was not making any drinks. I stood there patiently, yet was never acknowledged. Another lady came up behind me and the baristaimmediately took her order (from the pickup area). I ended up walking out of there and bought my coffee elsewhere. Read more
I live close to Harris teeter, so I occasionally get coffee from the Starbucks here. There is never a line and the service is... speedy. The baristas are good, but more importantly, they are so nice. Everytime I go, I have a great conversation with them.The drinks are obviously great, but I really appreciate their friendliness the most. Read more
