The drive thru cashier was so nice and friendly. Disappointed that my chicken sandwich wasn't much bigger than my onion ring!
Absurd. Will not serve a live customer who personally drives miles to the store to get a milkshake. But an anonymous person... making an online order picked up by a stranger, they can get their order. Lost a customer forever at this store. It will closecompletely with service like this. Gave Sonic a chance to redeem itself; however it just got worst. Drive through was at a standstill very slow taking orders ... about a 5 car gap from the order screen to the pickup window. It was like only one person was working, oyeah the dining room wasclosed also.. waited around 12 minutes behind the car at the order screen that person still hadn't got a response.. We used to love going to this location because of the friendly customer service with providing us with the exact food that we... ordered. Not anymore. Our last few orders were done using deals on the mobile app, and we asked for certain condiments to beadded and for certain toppings to be left off. We thought that using the mobile app would make things easier as far as thecustomization goes. Nope. We order cheeseburgers with only ketchup and mustard. Nope, only meat and cheese. We order agrilled cheese double burger with no onions. Guess what? Lots of onions pressed into the cheese. It is not fast food for us tohave come back around to the drive thru window (since the stalls are coned off and the dining room is closed), nor is itrespectful of our time. For the past 4 months I stop going to Sonic because of a few bad experiences with the West Ashley location near West Ashley High... school. I decided to try a different location. The female work was pleasant, friendly and professional. My food was hot and cutin half which made it easier to eat on the go. The cheese was hot and melted just right.. I enjoyed my sandwich and the service.I hope this continues. Read more
Went to pick up an Uber Eats order the other day and there was a weird sign on the door that said "MOIL ONLY"". The door was... unlocked so I went in. An employee came out and asked how he could help me and I told him who's order I was there for. He thenproceeded to say loudly "the lobby is closed ma'am". The drive thru line was beyond wrapped around the building so it was awaste of time and money to wait in it . Read more
