The drive thru cashier was so nice and friendly. Disappointed that my chicken sandwich wasn't much bigger than my onion ring!
Absurd. Will not serve a live customer who personally drives miles to the store to get a milkshake. But an anonymous person... making an online order picked up by a stranger, they can get their order. Lost a customer forever at this store. It will closecompletely with service like this. Gave Sonic a chance to redeem itself; however it just got worst. Drive through was at a standstill very slow taking orders ... about a 5 car gap from the order screen to the pickup window. It was like only one person was working, oyeah the dining room wasclosed also.. waited around 12 minutes behind the car at the order screen that person still hadn't got a response.. Went to pick up an Uber Eats order the other day and there was a weird sign on the door that said "MOIL ONLY"". The door was... unlocked so I went in. An employee came out and asked how he could help me and I told him who's order I was there for. He thenproceeded to say loudly "the lobby is closed ma'am".
