The lights are low when you enter. As your eyes start to adjust you begin tonotice case upon case of wine surrounding and towering above you. The glint of light from each bottle, colored by the gemswithin, sparkle in the corners of your eyes. As the bottles come in to focus, you see groups of wine from near and far... somefrom places you might only ever visit in your imagination. From the corner comes a voice welcoming you. It?s Marie, the owner ofSauer Grapes, Sauer being her family name. As you begin to look around maybe not quite sure exactly what you want, Marie chatswith you. She disappears behind one of the shelves, reminiscent of the wand keeper in Harry Potter, she conjures up the bottleof wine you had on your mind but couldn?t describe. The wizard of wine.
