Gerard was the only waiter/greeter/host. While the bar had two workers. We had to wait for Gerard. It was a shame. He got... drinks, took orders, and bought orders out to tables. Some folks were not nice to Gerard. He was very professional, apologizing about length of wait time for food items. He has unfortunately been doing this on shifts, also, been there only FOUR months. He deserves a raise, or promotion. It still needs to be addressed. Read more

We had the breakfast bar while we stayed at hotel. Scramble eggs, breakfast potatoes, and bacon for five days.
Waiter 5 stars, food average, bar lacking. Asked for pina colada or strawberry daiquiri, could not get either. Not available... this time of year!! ??? I was told it was on order but not here yet. It is my prerogative if I want an ice drink in March. Verydisappointed. It's one thing not to offer any iced drinks, but not to have what it takes to make what you offer, not good. Read more
Ordered ribeye steak, medium. The menu said that mashed potatoes and asparagus came with it. Worst steak I ever tried to eat,... mostly gristle and not done enough. Fries and green beans were served with it. If I hadn’t taken it to go, I wouldn’t havepaid for it!! Read more

I absolutely love this place. Whether you have a room at the hotel or walk-in you can either order a buffet or from the menu. I... love the menu because you have such a nice variety and everything is fresh. The person who makes the omelets gives you a varietyof ingredients to choose from and they're not overly fluffy they're well done and I'm not a person really for omelettes but atthis hotel they're fantastic. I attended Sapphire on Monday Memorial Day and I asked if they did discounts for military. Mywaitress said they did not and I thought wow Memorial Day and they don't give discounts to vets okay. I asked to talk to themanager about this and the manager listen to what I had to say because I suggested they do military discounts Memorial Day andVeterans Day just to show their appreciation you know maybe just 10% but she listen to me. The manager took 20% off of my billso that was very generous of her and she said she would pass along the idea.
