The food was okay at best. Defiantly fills a hole if you're hungry. There really isn't seasoning in the food, so the flavors... just comes from the food itself. However if you have high blood pressure already, be wary of the green beans! They were so saltyyou could've frozen it into a square and made a salt lick for the local wildlife. Chicken and dumping were okay. Mac and cheesewas so mushy you can't differentiate noodles from the filling around it. Fantastic if you're having a group outing from anursing home or assisted living place, or have no teeth. It was good for the once off try, but I don't think we will be back. Read more
Food was great but drink refills was very slow? September 16th: drink refills still too slow, really considering not going there... anymore because of that. I JUST DON'T GET IT! there wasn't even that much people there. We will give them one more try just tosee if things change. September 28th. Ask for another drink before i even sat down, knowing that it may be slow coming, stilldidn't get that drink until my glass was empty. I thought we try another section but same person was over that section too..Food is ausome here but drink fefills are the issue for me. Sorry but i Will have to find my grand baby another favorite placeto eat. PS we tip by the refill these days. Just ask Brandon over at GOLDEN CORRAL how well that works. Read more
We noticed the last few times we were here it's been taking forever just to get a drink refill... even slurping up a empty straw... doesn't get their attention. We tip by the refill so if there's no tip you were slow it the refills or we never got a refill,and will avoid your section in the further. I think there's only one more area we can move to. Then we won't come back eventhough this is my grandchilds favorite place to eat. O-yeah your noticed when you get up to get your own condiments or go to thecounter for a refill. Read more
S & S is the best. Where can you and a partner go to get full of food for around $20 these days?? And the food is always... delicious! I've been coming here since I was a little boy and now I'm in my 30's! It has never changed. I love you S & S! Read more
Ordered via UberEATS, and for the price its not terrible, however, it's scammy AF to list Chopped Steak on your menu and serve... DRY premade hamburger pucks... Gonna pass on a return visit. If I wanted mediocre food I'll hit a drive thru. (Food Containeris clear, sorry my pic is weird.) Read more
Always consistent and always delicious. Lots of variety and all food tastes home cooked. Generous portions, fairly priced.... Restaurant is always immaculate and service is on point. The Take Out Shoppe with its separate entrance on the side makes iteasy to purchase to go orders without having to go through the main line.
