Unassuming interior decor in an equally unassuming location masks a place with good food. Nice portions and friendly staff make... this an easy place to eat. I recommend the Pollo a la Crema - basically chicken, peppers, & onions in a savory cream sauce;served with tortillas and the customary rice and beans. Pretty hearty with a nice flavor. This is a great place to get take out Mexican food. I find the inside of the restaurant a little drab, not really a place I'd go... to dine-in, but their food is still incredible. I usually get the arroz con mariscos when I'm here and I'd highly recommend it.They're very generous with the chips and salsa when you get take out. I come here every few weeks to mix things up with my otherusual haunts. Read more
The food was FRESH and the service was EXCELLENT! 6/19/22 Honestly, this restaurant just NEVER disappoints! It was Father's Day... at 6:45pm. We were seated immediately, I realized that I was there RIGHT before Happy Hour ended (7:00) thankfully our servergot to us quickly so I was able to order a happy hour drink, which btw was a frozen margarita that was EXCELLENT! Our serverwas EXTREMELY quick to take our order! The food came out PROMPTLY, fresh and sizzling ( fajitas). We were seriously in and outwithin 45 minutes!!! They were just AWESOME! The restaurant itself was nice, we went as soon as they opened and had our choice of pleasant outside seating. The food was in... excellent proportion to their price. Wow I really enjoyed this place. I came here around 4:00pm on a Monday . The waitress was so sweet and made great... recommendations. I always judge A good Mexican restaurant off of the salsa and margaritasI had a strawberry margarita - verygood and the salsa had a lot of flavor. I ordered the number 15 two tamales and a hard taco .. The tamales were really good,The crunchy taco was just OK. I make far better taco but it wasn?t bad. :) It was hot and filling .
