Do not purchase a monthly car wash pass from Refuel. I tried to sign up for monthly car wash at the wash machine in west Ashley.... My card got charged but it signed me up under someone else?s name and license plate number. I can?t use the wash. I?ve emailedthem 3 times and called the corporate office at least twice and only getting the runaround. Nobody will help me. The car washpart of their website to manage my plan is always not working. And I could not cancel from the kiosk or even use the wash when Iwent back. I should not have to pay 19.99 for something I can?t get and then be charged again every month for something I can?tget nor cancel because of their deficiencies.
