Amazing food and such a cool restaurant! It feels like a completely new part of the city. We waited for about an hour (we went... when a few weeks after it opened) but it went by so quick because the courtyard is beautiful and they had an outdoor bar set up.Our waitress was so helpful in pointing us in the right direction of what to order and we loved everything. We ordered the steakfajita, tacos, chicken enchiladas, and a burrito. Everything had so much flavor and was easily the best food I have had in along time. Read more
Usually spin offs of renowned joints are lack luster. But John Lewis brought the heat! Literally! The salsa bar has a taste for... everyone and the hot salsa was phenomenal. The southwest style chili sauces on the burritos and enchiladas was authentic andexecuted perfectly. If you can't make it to New Mexico, this is nearest the real deal you can get! Read more

The meal was amazing! Best steak fajitas I've EVER had outside of Mexico. It wasn't thin pieces of steak that had been cooked to... oblivion. The shrimp were huge. The plates were generous. They had a salsa bar and the chips were great. We had a party of 6and told it could be up to a 90 min wait. 10 mins later we were at a table. The fries were great and super crispy. The chips were brought out quickly after we sat down, and they were still warm which I find is not a common occurrence, so the... dining experience started out right! Awesome spot I got the nachos and then the Christmas burrito and then my girlfriend got the enchiladas! Everything was cooked... perfect and the bartender last night was super sweet! I'm not gonna lie - the food was good. But was it 20 dollars good? I'm gonna say no since the lunch sized portion of the... chicken and steak fajitas had about 5 or 6 chunks of meat. It also took some time to place our order since they wouldn't seatus until our entire party arrived. That was kinda a fail for me since my lunchtime is limited. But as I said, the food wasgood.
