Staying at the Planter?s Inn and came to this restaurant for our first night. Made it to the Champagne Bar and never left!!... Korey is an AMAZING host and offers the best service in town! He?s local and helped with a lot of things to see and places toeat. DO NOT leave without getting the coconut cake, it?s life changing. And take some up to your room for a little breakfasttreat ???? Sadly the coconut cake didn?t live up to the hype. The textures were off. We discussed if taking it to-go was the issue, but... honestly the cake was either too cold/dense or the entire cake just wasn?t right. We all know refrigerated cake can taste staleand or just not be soft enough to breathe and this had those characteristics. Next time I?d like to test a piece at therestaurant to see if it is served as cold or of that is something they do for take-outs only. We left it on the counter to seeif room temp would help, but sadly ended up not finishing it. Pro tip - one piece is plenty for 3-4 to share Read more

We stopped in for a drink after hearing great things from some friends. The service was top notch, teammates were very friendly... and accommodating. I had a jalapeno infused margarita and it was delicious. We didn't try the food but I'm sure it's amazing. Read more

My husband and I were visiting for 4th of July weekend . This was the place of choice . It did not disappoint . The waitress we... had was lovely and tended to everything we needed . I had the risotto special and my husband had the filet mignon. Followedwith the coconut cake. Everything was full of flavors . The cake was moist and every bite was better then the last . Theatmosphere in the restaurant was lovely . I love a place you have to be dressy for . Bill was a little high . But what do youexpect for good food and drinks . I defiantly will be coming back . Thank you to the cooks for the delicious dinner . Also thewaitress and the bus boys who made sure the glasses of water were filled and no plates were left on the table . Read more

Very cool hidden gem. Our carriage tour guide showed us the place as we toured and encouraged us to stop by and ask for the... coconut cake. We would not be sorry. Oh my goodness! Outstanding food, service and atmosphere!! More than accommodating on Thanksgiving weekend. Mark the sommelier is terrific. He... guided us to some amazing wines to pair with our meals. The bar is a great place to unwind at the end of the day and meet newpeople. This restaurant is not to be missed !! And yes the coconut cake is out of this world. Read more

Called for a last minute reservation which they were kind enough to accommodate. My colleagues and I were definitely not dressed... for the part (we had been working all day and we were dressed in very comfortable clothes) but it was not an issue at all! Staff was beyond lovely and not judgemental at all, which was a nice change. Food was beyond delicious. The baked oysters werepacked in flavor and so was the tartare. I had the scallops which were delicious and perfectly cooked. Colleagues loved theirsteak. To top it off the coconut cake was perfection. This was the most awesome restaurant we tried during our work trip! Read more
