I got the Coastal Seafood Trio. The Brussel sprouts were great. I wasn't a huge fan of the Red Rice but it wasn't bad. Shrimp... was absolutely phenomenal. The Snapper wasn't as moist as I would have liked it and didn't have as much flavor as I would havehoped. Scallops were a little on the chewy side but the flavor really brought them home. All of the food had a greatpresentation as well. This place is really pricey though. Service was good. I was happy that even though we missed ourreservations they got us in pretty quick. Waitress was attentive and no one ever had an empty glass. For an appetizer I got theCheese Fritters. I really was not expecting the amount and size of them. You get around 6 and they're larger than a golf ball.They are on the spicy side but have great flavor. Bacon wrapped shrimp were really good! I also got a Moscow Mule which wasn'tbad although I have had better Mules. My girl friend got the Malibu Bay Breeze which she loved. Overall good experience. Read more

The food is not bad but the manager is horrible. We ask if they provide military discount before we order. They told me they do... have the discount. However, when we ready to pay the bill I found that there is not discount on the bill. Moreover, themanager change his words and deny what he say before. I don't care about the money but I do care about the attitude. They makeme feel sick. If there is a zero star, I will give zero to this restaurant. I will tell my friends don't go to thisrestaurant. It's a horrible experience. I just check my bank account and realize this restaurant charge me more than Iexpected. I report it to my bank and dispute the extra amount. Great people watching location while sitting on outdoor patio. The host was fun and friendly. Wait staff was nice. We were... looking for a quick lunch spot. Not high quality food but we didn?t expect it to be. 3 stars because the mussels were small,hardly any meat in the those. Had the coastal seafood trio and the red rice was bland and so was the snapper. Baked oysters werepretty good. It was good for what it was and price seamed fair. If you know and appreciate quality seafood then there arebetter options in Charleston. Read more

My mother loves oysters, so this was the perfect spot to visit during our trip. Everything was perfect! We had no wait time and... were seated promptly indoors. They had a big variety of oysters to choose from. Our table actually tried each one on the list.Our entrees were delicious (we got the grits, scallops, salad, and chowder). I think the main thing that made us love this placewas our waiter, James! He was charming, polite, and absolutely helpful. He was able to introduce each of the oysters to us, andhe was such a good sport when I spilled my full cup of iced tea. Definitely a place to visit when we return! Read more

Food was better than anticipated based on the overall Google ratings. Wasn't our first choice for oysters that night but... everything else was a 1-2 hour wait. Apps and Oysters were good, drinks very good and my non-seafaring wife said her burgerwas surprisingly above average. We had to sit inside to avoid a long wait. The inside is dark and drab and boring. (Theoutside seating are is quite pleasant however). Stopped here for dinner and got seated right away on the outside dining area. I enjoyed a few appetizers because I couldn?t... decide on one meal. Everything tasted very good and we all enjoyed our meals. I loved the elote app. It reminded me of exactlywhat I eat in Costa Rica and Honduras. I love the atmosphere and the service but the food was not all that. I ordered the wedge salad that was good, the calamari was... cold nor seasoned, and also I had the ultimate seafood pot in which the had to be fixed because they gave me the wrong one (thelowcountry shrimp boil). I think the time we arrived (8 p.m.) they probably didn't want to cook anything fresh but overall Iwould possibly try again. Read more

Had a great experience sitting outside on the patio during with great weather in the afternoon. Server was very attentive and... the food was delicious. Had that seared scallops with grits and green beans and it was perfect. So much more on the menu I wantto go back and try again. Had some fresh oysters and the rest of the raw bar looked good too.
