The mobile ordering experience here is terrible. It's not busy and I'm waiting 30 minutes for my order... Why? If I'm gonna... waste 30 minutes in the restaurant I would've gone through line and ate here with the other 10 patrons who got their food beforeme. The staff was unorganized and overwhelmed at the pick-up counter. Management needs to figure out how to improve this processfor their customers. I won't be using the online ordering anymore and likely won't return to this location. Ridiculous. Read more

I used to love this place. I do like salt. But our food was too salty we couldn't even finish it.

normally, moes is really good! the workers are doing great for what they're paid, and i hope they are happy in their lives and... prosper. the reason why im giving three stars is because A. the beans were undercooked and slightly crunchy. not great! B. theflavors of the food have changed a lot and not in a good way. C. they've lost their spark! moes used to be all about theseunique order names, music, and easy, good food with great queso. the queso is still pretty good, but they've changed the namesof most of the orders to "burrito" and "nachos" instead of the traditional ones. honestly, i would give a lower rating but thisplace was really good for a long time, and i'd like to believe it was just a bad day. Got a chicken home wrecker about 4 days ago (7/9/22) and ended up with food poisoning the next day. Would not recommend ordering... from here. Still dealing with symptoms from it and have missed 2 days of work. Read more
