It was great under Kenny's management, now it's just okay. Queso comes WITH the nachos either on it or on the side. My wife... orders the SAME thing every time. All these new people in there, and as a customer YOU have to inform them of this cause theygive you some rinky dink salsa cup with queso in it instead of the appropriate-size cup of queso. Aye Dios mio... UPDATE11.07.2022: First, they get rid of diced tomatoes. Okay. Then they got rid of everything that made Moes...well...Moes. Theydon't even say "Welcome to Moe's!" when you walk in. Now, they have done away with the olives. My wife loves olives! She's done.17 years of Moe's and she's done with the place, and so am I. The ground beef was overly seasoned and very salty. It justoverrided any other flavors. Tis a shame, but my how the mighty have fallen. Be surprised if Moe's (any and all of them) staysin business very much longer! Crawlin' on half a lung it is. EXTREMELY Disappointed. Subpar Service, Quality, and Quantity. Apparently they are rationing their products, as they barely gave... a "literal" spoon full of rice with few pieces of meat. I was overcharged. The people making my order tried hard. However, both burritos were sloppy and not closed. The cashier charged... me for something I didn't order. The place was cleaned and the servers were attentive to my need and requests. My issue was that the white rice was mushy and had... a very strong acidic taste which overpowered everything else. The taste and seasoning were very unbalanced and not enjoyable. Read more
The food is good and exactly what you would expect from a moe's. The staff really needs to focus less on dilating their eyes and... maybe a little more on their customer service skills. How many times do i have to ask for a medium queso before the high guysget it. Read more
Ordered to pick up. Got home. Its never stocked with ramiken tops. Flat soda. Rotten lettuce and cilantro. Over cooked chicken.... Over cooked chips. Barley a serving size. I never have these issues at the Summerville location. Stated on the specialinstructions my son has an egg allergy...no cookies. They put two in the bag. Read more
