I ordered a double quarter pound combo no onions. The coke was acting funny so had to make a drink I didn't like. Then got to... room to eat the food and the burger had onions and was half raw. Burgers are ALWAYS raw. Once or twice I can forgive. Every time and it's a health problem. Will not go here anymore.
I don't know whats going on, but if your not going to serve the inside customers close the doors. I work beside you delivering... your food and today was a bad day. I had to pickup an order and as I waited long period of time I order my food then sawcustomers walking out. Female cashier serve customers that came in later, but never other customers that was there early waitingfor their order. So ask her whats going on im see people after me getting their orders and I'm not. And of to a distance o saw abag full ready to go in the kitchen they. Ignored. I said Why was my order sitting there and nobody send it out and I'm waitingon my food which $3 snack. Well I had to leave to do my delivery come back to get my order at 8:46pm today I was there are 7.Most of the food was going out the window and not in the lobby. The time it takes spent at this restaurant has ALWAYS been a minimum of 10 minutes. Drive thru, in store pickup or online... ordering always takes very long. Most recently, waiting in the drive thru line, I noticed dead rodents outside the back door. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Could not wait anymore or was going to be late. Called since it was an online order requesting... a refund. They said I had to be there in person to get a refund.
