We ordered a sandwich from this location and it was pretty bad. The bread was hard as a rock and the veggies were very... undesirable. The staff was horsing around and were VERY loud! I called at 11:15 When my order placed at 10am didn't show. 1st I got put on hold as soon as i told them my order placed over an... hour prior hadn't arrived. When i sat on hold a long time I called from another phone. They answered and said they had computerproblems, but they were making it now. Still didn't show up until 1209. They don?t keep sandwich cold when out for delivery. They also left something out of my order and charged me for it anyway. I... called and complained and they said they would refund my card. That never happened. Called again a week later and was told theycan?t refund my card, can only credit my Jimmy John?s account. I will never order from them again since the last order went sobad.
