Both my orders were burned. The rice tastes burnt and looked like the used a dirty pan. Not fair. I don't recommend.
I really hate leaving bad reviews especially for a small business, but I just had a horrible experience. I ordered jade through... a delivery app for me and my boyfriend. I was super excited because there were so many great ratings, but when the food arrivedI was confused. The first thing I noticed was that my whole meal did not arrive. I ordered the vegetable entre with extrabroccoli and it was not in our bag. I was about to just reorder the plate until we checked my boyfriends meal (chicken and steakentre and Gyoza) not only was the gyoza burnt, but the sauce was not good at all. Absolutely awesome food at a very affordable price. I was only able to order from here twice, but twice was in the same week?... that?s how much we enjoyed it. I really hope this temporary closing doesn?t become permanent. Read more
Ordered this on DoorDash the other day and have been wanting to reorder the past two days and realized they are only open... Saturday and Sunday ???????? Best hibachi I?ve had since I was a child. I usually don?t even eat the veggies anywhere else and Iate the ENTIRE plate from Jade. 10/10 ???? Read more
Very good food at a fair price. Very friendly staff. My wife and I have eaten there about five times and enjoyed it every time.... Highly recommend their chicken and steak! This is the steak and chicken hibachi plate off the lunch menu. It is delicious! Read more
I think that they have a lot of potential and are still working out some kinks. I ordered over the phone and got the Chicken and... Shrimp Hibachi. It was ready on time and came in very environmentally friendly packaging. Extra white sauce was 50 cents butthat?s usually standard. When I opened the box, I was a little surprised. Everything had been mixed together in one box andusually hibachi is separated so you can take as much or as little as you please. Inside the box there were about 4 shrimp (withtails? Never seen this before) and a handful of chicken and vegetables. I was so excited because people were raving about thelarge portions but this is the smallest portion I have seen at any hibachi place. I paid $12 + tip and was expecting a littlemore. Overall it was good but was a little dry without the white sauce. I am not sure if my portion was held back as I checkedtheir socials the next day and they stated they were running out of things very quickly. I think my favorite part was the whitesauce as it brought the meal together with a hint of sweetness. The place itself was cozy and the employees were friendly.Parking can be tricky as it?s right off of the Crosstown in a residential area. I will probably give Jade Hibachi another trywhen they have gotten more settled but for now I am okay with having to drive off the peninsula for hibachi. Read more
Terribly run. Food is always late and gets cancelled more than 50% of the time. Hours are terrible as well. Save your time and... money and order from one of the, many, superior hibachi grills in Charleston. Read more
