The most disgusting food I?ve ever tasted. I?m not usually super picky and don?t have high expectations for any Chinese... restaurant, but I couldn?t stomach any of the dishes we ordered. The beef was soooo chewy. The shrimp looked brown and spoiled,so I was too scared to even try it. The sesame chicken was also chewy and all dark meat (if it was even chicken). The ricetasted like it had been seasoned with chemicals. We ordered 5 different dishes and not a single one was edible. After a fewbites I actually pushed my plate away. We discovered this place by accident and learned that it is located across the street from where we live. We were hoping it... would be good, seeing that it is so close and we would want to use them again. They did not disappoint. The food was good andwas very favorable. Read more
Absolutely terrible! When I walked up to the ordering window the first thing I seen was a roach crawling across the floor in the... main lobby. There was also a baby in the back by the Cook station just sitting there. Then when I got home I realized that mychicken had been sitting there all day and they quickly put it back into the deep fryer to heat it up. It wasn?t even white meatit was brownish. Very pricey especially when you have to make a big order. Customer service is good. If you call in an order you have to ask for... your total or else you won't know till you pick up the food. Like any other Chinese food place, English is hard to understandbut is spoken by staff. You can't dine in, so either place an order via phone or walk up to their counter. Food is relativelyfast to receive upon making the initial order. And the food is good.???????? Read more
The pork fried rice was oily, yellow rice with only a few pieces of fatty pork, no egg or vegetables and it wasn't fried. The... egg rolls were not even as good as something that could be purchased from the freezer section of a grocery store. Food is great for the most part and I have never really had any issues until recently. My husband went to pick up our food... which is no more than normally above $30 with tips. But for reason it was $50 and when my husband tried to explain to them itwasn't right they just ignored him. My husband just decided to let it go and gave them $61 and the lady gave him back only $5and just hoped that he wouldn't check. When he asked for the remainder of the money they decided to tell at him instead ofhelping and figure out to solve the problem. We always tip and this is unacceptable for this kind of service to be happening. I will be taken my service elsewhere from now on. Read more
