The food was amazing, I particularly enjoyed the cauliflower soup and the bread and butter board. I enjoyed eating in the tent,... which was warm enough with the heaters in late November. Read more

My favorite place to visit in Folly Beach! They have such an interesting, ever-changing menu with plenty of vegetarian options... for me! Plus, my meat-eating family loved it too! Read more

Excellent eclectic selection; something for everyone. Decor does not disappoint - Wild West saloon meets beach side diner to... make Jack of Cups a perfect place to spend a hot Charleston summer afternoon. The burrata plate was a perfect combination offresh juicy tomatoes, moist burrata, oh-so-sweet peaches, and some spinach to make you feel better about everything else. Thecashew curry plate was the highlight - they use squeaky cheese curds instead of paneer with a creamy sauce base and some lightlytoasted cashew nuts. The Nam soo lettuce wraps were an interesting angle on the wraps, employing crisp fresh lettuce and aground-peanut-pork mixture that was the consistency of crunchy peanut butter to spread on each wrap. Slightly spicey andextremely savory. We ended our meal with a butter cream cake with berries that had a good balance of fat and sugar with thefreshness of berries to keep everything together. Delicious food and drinks and eclectic and welcoming atmosphere. We had the captain crunch deviled eggs, tofu buns, edamame... salad and impossible burger. Best meal in Folly beach, by far! Read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars for being a unique spot in a little beach town generally filled with more standard beach town... fare. That said, while the overall theme of pan-Asian fusion with an emphasis on comfort food vibes may seem really unique andspecific, this is not the only restaurant in the greater Charleston area that does it, and they're definitely not the better ofthe two. I'd recommend Jackrabbit Filly in Park Circle if you from are out of town and only have time to try one. That said, the food is still good. It just sometimes misses the mark a bit. Pad Thai, a dish of fairly delicate flavors, maybe doesn't needsuch a heavy delivery system as gnocchi, for example. Interesting, good for a few bites, but ultimately a bit much. None ofthis is to say we won't be back. It's certainly one of the better restaurants on Folly and is often overlooked by tourists infavor of more flashy establishments, meaning lower wait times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I'm verymuch looking forward to trying out more of the menu. Read more
