This Hardee's was our first experience in the area we visited a few days ago. The drive thru was really slow, as we were 3rd in... line...took 14 minutes in total. Ordered a #1 and a 3 piece chicken tenders...there was no chicken, it was all pieces of"re-fried" crust/batter and mostly burnt. The "one" employee we could see was not happy and not concerned about how long it tookfor customers nor whether their food was prepared correctly. The food is okay. Price is not expensive. But the service is subpar. The old lady who worked at the window was almost yelling at... me when I ordered the food. Then when I said "thank you" and try to reconcile the awkward atmosphere, she simply ignored me withangry face. Not sure what happened to her last night. LOL Read more
I rarely ever have anything bad to say about a restaurant but this particular Hardee's is not very good. The service at this... particular restaurant is bad. They have an attitude when you ask for your food that you're paying for to be cooked correctly!I've eaten here before and my burger was not cooked all the way, which is why I requested a well done burger. There is one younglady that is nice but is powerless because of her position so this doesn't pertain to here, but the cook and person who took myorder wasn't too polite. Read more
You want the wrong items? You want under cooked, raw in the middle, food? You want a place that charges you a combo but the... fryer is broke so you don't get the sides? You want a drink with no straws? You want a person in the drive thru that spits outthe window and texts the entire time and ignores you....well look no further!! This is the perfect place for you!! Never evergoing here again. They used to have decent food but, had it been cooked properly, its still such a thin burger and bland. Justeating condiments on a bun. Read more
Can not wait until this place finally shuts down so we can get a decent place in a prime area. Horrible service who will... straight lie to your face. 5:30 pm April 27 I went thur the drive thur the lady she was not a younger lady but older lady today was so rude and made two... mistakes on my order then tryed to blame it on me. when I knew what I ordered, if she hates her job that much and thinks shecan talk to customers like they should be getting a order because she is to good to take the order right way and be kind and asmile on her face then perhaps she needs to move on. Really bad service the Manger and owner need to pick people that reallycare about talking to people in a kind way and not have any bad attitudes. Read more
I highly appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the Management and Drive through at this Hardee's location. The Food... is consistent with other Hardee's I have visited across the Nation.
