This is by far one of my worst experience I had at a Firehouse sub. Firehouse is one of my favorite franchises, and this was a... huge disappointment. The customer service is non-existant, the workers are confrontational, and the lead shift even had pet furon his apron. I had the opportunity to be in North Charleston due to military training, but can safely say that I will driveelsewhere to go to Firehouse rather than here. Read more

Nice spot for outdoor dining! The courtyard vibe is splendid; plenty of seating under the shade of a majestic old oak tree. I... adored the lowcountry breeze as it pushed through the Spanish moss. The avenue out front can be a bit noisy at times but for aquick moment of refreshments and escape, this sandwich shop is worth it. Read more

OK, five stars for a fast food restaurant seems high, I get it. The food here is good, it's Firehouse so it's not a big New York... deli, but it's WAY better than any subway. What makes this one special though, is the people. They are very friendly andthoughtful. They care about your dining experience and they even remember my name even though I've only been in there a fewtimes. When fast food seems pretty much all the same, I'll go to where the service is great, and the service at this Firehouselocation is really that awesome! Read more
So, I ordered here with my mobile app the day before with the intention of my coworker picking up my food. He forgot it and by... the time he had gotten back, it was almost closing time. They wouldn't answer the phone for me to tell them I was on the way. Ididn't get my sandwich. I used the contact feature they have on their website to email the store. They called me back firstthing the next day and told me that they would make me my order at no charge for my meal tonight. I went in, and they wereunderstanding and made things right.
