The Raw Lab experience exceeding my expectations! I definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys amazing fresh seafood,... creative cuisine, wine, and an amazing culinary experience. We ate here for dinner on the first night of our trip to Charleston and it was easily the best meal we had during the entire... trip. The oysters were great and the peel-n-eat shrimp were truly amazing! Our platter came with three mignonettes, cocktailsauce, aioli, and freshly grated horseradish ? all delicious.
