Only been a few times but the food is pretty good. Service is fine, at least recently. 2 issues though: 1. Their website menu... prices still haven't been updated as of yesterday. 2. They charge a fee for bankcards. I'm not aware of many restaurants that dooutright; maybe most places just build the cost in? I dunno. But get this, receipts list the fee as a "discount"...yup. The last time we came it was a good experience. This time not so good. A drink was almost $3 but they had no ice and came out of... the fountain warm. They didn't offer to refund our drinks or say they were getting ice. It was slow getting food. And to top itoff a huge dead roach was spotted by my 3 year old who is terrified of bugs. At this point we had already started eating. Theyjust came out swept it up. No apology. Oh the bathrooms disgusting. Only reason i gave 3 stars is because the food was gooduntil the roach spotting. Kinda lost the appetite. They have a very high potential of being so much better. But a lot ofcleaning is needed and better customer service. Read more

Extremely disappointed, DB's is losing a long time local / regular customer today. I can't believe I'm even writing this... I... ordered (and tipped) over $40 for a pick up order for 2 people. Got back home and none of the peppers, mayo, or lettuce were onmy chicken philly. I called to respectfully ask if they would remake it & provide the sandwich that I paid for, they said "yes"so I drove back to DBs to pick it up. Instead of remaking my chicken philly per my order, they handed me a small plastic saucecontainer of lettuce and peppers. Ummm, really??? The chicken philly I ordered 1 hour ago is now cold by the time I'm back home.Not to mention it's tiny (see size compared to mayo packet), hardly has any chicken, mushrooms, or onions... it's all bread. Idid not alter the sandwich for the photos, this is how I bought it. This is just sad and disappointing. I spent $40 for lunchtoday, and when I confronted the manager / owner with an issue they totally dropped the ball. That's simply poor customerservice, not the way to run a business, and they didn't provide what I paid for, see the order receipt. I won't be going back.DB's you should be better. Read more

Food was fast and tasty. Counter service place with a small dining room. Basically a perfect lunch spot. The cashier was very... friendly. This is 12? cheesesteak all the way. They had several other menu options as well, hot and cold sandwiches and burgers.Sammy was could?ve used more cheese, but that could be remedied by paying .50 cent more for extra. Only reason I didn?t give 5stars is that it?s a little on the pricey side, $17 for sandwich bag of chips and a drink. But I would definitely go back. Read more

We took advantage of the Monday night double cheeseburger special. A little on the salty side but still worth trying! The fries... were VERY SALTY... We sent them back, I think theY just put LS on the bag so I just wiped off the salt. So if you like SALTYthis is your place. IF you're on a low salt diet, skip them out let them know, no salt! The fries have the perfect softness andwe're nice and HOT and FRESH! So next time I'll say hold the salt and salt things myself... So far texture wise, the best friesso far I'm 2021!!!
