The last time we came it was a good experience. This time not so good. A drink was almost $3 but they had no ice and came out of... the fountain warm. They didn't offer to refund our drinks or say they were getting ice. It was slow getting food. And to top itoff a huge dead roach was spotted by my 3 year old who is terrified of bugs. At this point we had already started eating. Theyjust came out swept it up. No apology. Oh the bathrooms disgusting. Only reason i gave 3 stars is because the food was gooduntil the roach spotting. Kinda lost the appetite. They have a very high potential of being so much better. But a lot ofcleaning is needed and better customer service. Read more
