Pizza!
Employees in line acting out. Ridiculous. Felt like I was in the break room.. at a jail house.
I love Costco and it?s pizzas. My family owns a business and we get A LOT of whole pizzas very very often. I haven?t had an... issue before until now. Because of the frequency we buy pizzas, I understand they require at least 20 min to get them ready. Iordered at the kiosk and went inside the store to kill some time just to wait for the pizza, i bought a lot of unnecessarythings and after 25 min I went to pick it up. The attendant lady told me to wait and she would call me when my order were ready.I said ok. 5-8 min after, she looked at me exasperated and told me to go to my car and put my stuff down and come back bc myorder would take 15 min! Omg! I told her that my order was placed 25 min ago and I was just expecting for it to be ready bythen. She said she would check up to the pizza counter. And yeah, of course my pizza was sitting there. She grabbed the box andtossed at me and walked away. No apology of any kind whatsoever. I will continue buying pizzas no matter what, but the Costumerservice needs to be checked out! Read more
