I wish employees will wear a mask while cooking. I saw a girl employee making cinnabons without a mask. I tried telling the... manager ( Georgie, I believe) and he completely blew me off and said he didn't notice anything. Girl went back in the kitchenwithout a mask and seen annoyed when she was asked to wear one. Read more
Wow! Just wow! I ordered a medium 2% vanilla latte and the person at the window tried handing me a medium iced regular latte. ... I said no I ordered a medium 2% vanilla latte. She looked very confused and closed the window. Five minutes later a managercame to the window trying to hand me the same thing. Again I said I ordered a medium 2% vanilla latte. The manager told thefirst person "he wants a medium hot latte with vanilla and 2% milk". Another 5 minutes later the first person comes back withthe correct order and hands it to me with a whole lot of attitude. Read more
From my experience, the food is good and freshly baked. The drive-through window is always a plus. However, the customer service... needs to up its game. But if you're looking for a quick cup of coffee and a Cinnabon in the area, this location will do. Sidenote: it is conveniently attached to the Blue Water gas station that has fantastic customer service and a well-kept seating areainside the store if you're looking to take a break and relax. Sweetest thing you'll ever eat. Dont reccomend eating every day. But you can never go wrong with cinnabon.
If Serena is working then you will have excellent customer service and want to come back. If anyone else is working then you may... as well take 10 minutes to drive to another location. It's almost comical how polarized the customer experience is depending onwho's behind the counter. Read more
To put it simply, the staff is as friendly as one should be in a kitchen cooking only cinnamon buns. Lovely people!
