The worst chick-fil-a I?ve been to. Constantly gets orders wrong, takes forever, and food doesn?t seem as good/fresh as other... locations. I ordered at 9:45 am, waited for 45 minutes for a chicken biscuit, minis combo and sweet tea. After the long wait andnumerous cars getting their order behind me, they tell me minis aren?t available so I got a burrito instead. I finally get myorder and it was completely wrong. So I backed up and told them, then waited an additional five minutes and when they gave methe rest of my order and it was completely wrong also and didn?t have any sauces. I usually try and avoid this Chick Fil A, it?s slow and the teens that work there seem to careless. We stopped by tonight... because my son had a late baseball game. I ordered online in advance hoping to speed up my process, wrong. Not only did the sixcars behind us get served first but they gave us no straws for our drinks, no napkins for our food and my salad was missing allthe toppings. I suggest Zaxbys down the road for faster food or better yet even McDonalds. Read more

Stopped in this location for dinner, after a day trip to Folley Beach. Great location! Food was hot and fresh! We will be... returning! Good service, good food, very high prices for fast food. 4 adults, 2 toddlers = $61.00. ! Ouch I asked for my receipt once I... paid, when the food was served, and When I was leaving and the cashier acted like she did not hear each time. Ordered here through door dash. They packaged 3 meals in one bag. So obviously it was going to be a hot mess. The sandwich... containers were wilted and falling apart. The spicy deluxe was falling out of the box and the tomatoes fell off onto the otherstuff and the bottom of the bag. They put all the sauces on top of the fries that weren't even filled all the way. Just a hotmess and very unacceptable this was an order formy coworkersandIand we didn't appreciate. Touching each others food because itwas literally out of the box. Read more
We ordered 4 peppermint milkshakes. When we received them, the cups were not full. No whipcream or cherry and the milkshake was... like drinking milk. I realize that you may not want to be like McDonalds and tell people that your shake machine is broken,however it is better than serving people a cup of milk instead of a milkshake. Read more
